a) Copies of the Report of the Trustees and unaudited Financial Statements are available from the office prior to the AGM or by email or on receipt of a S.A.E.

b) Nominations for Council are displayed on the Notice Board at 58 Eccleston Square, London SW1V 1PH and are also available from the office prior to the AGM or by email or on receipt of a S.A.E.

c) Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy under section 324 of the Companies Act 2006 to attend and vote on his behalf. A proxy should be a member of the company. Proxy forms can be obtained from the Registered Office at 58 Eccleston Square, LondonSW1V 1PH and must be lodged there no later than 48 hours before the meeting.

ONLY MEMBERS OF AT LEAST 12 MONTH’S STANDING MAY VOTE
